Ummm... yeah... that isn't crazy or anything....Someone should arrest Dubya on terrorist charges and lock him in one of his own prisons. Although I doubt even then he'd be able to figure out why he shouldn't have signed that document.

I find it a bit creepy myself. But then, were these ever anything more than de facto rights for non-citizens? I am not sure what you mean by that, Ollie. It seems to me that some of the changes definitely violate the Geneva Conventions. Also, it's not clear that the law only applies to non-citizens...

Ha! I've never actually read Catcher in the Rye (it's a sad story of how the honors and then AP English programs at my school bounced me around so much that I ended up skipping most of those 'required' books that everyone else has read), and so would be amenable to that. However, I can't imagine I'm...

I don't feel strongly enough about any books I haven't read, really, to suggest any, so I think I will in general let the nomination process ride without participating, other than to point out books I'd rather NOT do (Holy Run-On sentence, Batman!). I've read American Gods and was bored by it, and a...

Wikipedia has no monopoly on mistakes. I have already found three errors in various peer-reviewed scientific journals while doing research for my next project. It happens everywhere. Wikipedia is a wonderful source of information. That said, so is webMD.com, but I'd never use that website to diagnos...

Thats probably true, but if we have any other science related info, in any form, Im guessing we should put it in Milagre. Cuz on the old Pweb, we put ALL science studff, regardless of its Ender-relatedness, in the Enderverse Science section, but without one of those, i am wondering where to put all...

Okay, this is a triumph that hopefully other people WILL understand (as I'm going to be talking about it a lot) but I figured it goes here because, well, it's a personal triumph. And no one will ever get it just like I get it. Anyways. Here goes. Remember quals? That test with the August 6th due da...

Intergalactic Medicine Show, issue 3
It's out, people! www.intergalacticmedicineshow.com or www.oscims.com And *cough* it happens to have a story by yours truly. You are hereby requested and required to seek it out, purchase said issue, and then deluge the editor with letters of praise. Or, just go check out the free artwork (mine is S...
