Jeep, hands down. They are super fun to drive, good in weather, keep their value, run like troopers. Did I mention fun? I have a 97 jeep Cherokee sport. I bought it for $2500 3 years ago after my 99 cavalier was hit and totaled. I've probably sunk a good $8000 into it over 3 years for repairs alone...

I'd have to say, the class of 02 is pretty good looking.
