I like CATS (the musical), and Wifeswap (which is sadly not on anymore.) I also love the movie version of Phantom of the Opera.

I figured if I could read Victor Hugo without getting bored, I could read anything. Faith in your abilities, misplaced it is young Padawan. Tested against Moby Dick you must be. hehe. DP, have you read any other Rand? You might want to start off with one of her shorter (and faster paced) books like Anthem or We the Living. I love both of those. I also really like Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged but they are tougher to get through. I have not. I mean, I've read books as long as A...

I have picked up The Graveyard Book by Gaiman. I'm not all that far in and it's honestly not something I'd typically find myself reading, but it's interesting enough so far. I just read that. I've also just read Silence of the Lambs, Red Dragon, and I'm starting Atlas Shrugged, though I find it a b...

Grammar Question

This has been bugging me for some time. Does anybody know if you use a plural verb for a group of people? (like a band or something…) If it ends in an “s” (Like the Beatles) the plural verb is used. (“The Beatles are a good band) But what if it doesn’t end in an “S”? (Like Monty Python...

However, if you are reading something that glorifies things that are against God's standards, that could be a sin. Reading books or magazines that glorify sex and/or violence go against Scriptures such as Psalm 11:5 and Matthew 5:28. Gee, that sounds familiar. http://z.about.com/d/bestsellers/1/0/H...

He's 18. So yeah, I guess so. I think of him as a "boy" because
1. He's only 2 years older
2. As long as I've known him, he was younger than 18..
