I'm working my way through the book right now, but I'm a little behind. I'm at... *runs to check* chapter 17. I'm really enjoying it. I'm wondering where it is going to go, and how it all fit together, but it makes bus rides go by really fast.

I'll post when I have some more thoughts about it.

Dear you, You should be happy to know that most things don't upset me these days, so getting up at 7:30, then standing in the cold and rain in unprepared clothing (ie: a sweater in 3 C) with a small unbrella, running from time to time to the car to warm up, for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS, I have decided ...

I'm waiting for my copy of the book to come in, and I'm sorta stranded in in a mound of school work, so I'll be a little late in adding to the discussion. But I'm going to try. I can't wait to read this book.

Oh, good! Someone else who didn't think American Gods was as good as everybody said. While I enjoy Neil Gaiman emmensly, it took me forever to finish that book; it just kept going and going... But, while we're speaking Gaiman, Neverwhere and Anansi Boys are great. The right amount of dark humor, adv...

Did anyone else find it interesting that they seem to use attachment (ie: the lack there of) to control individuality? To keep people from standing out, no one is allowed to get too closely attached to anyone. None of the connections Jonas has seem to be love, or very strong attachment, except for t...

dear bob, Why is it when ever I really really want to talk to him, he's never on? Where has he been this past week? I miss his hugs. I miss our awkward conversations. How is it that this guy I barely know is the one I want to tell everything to? I miss him. I miss him. Only two more days till I see ...
