Now, i have to congratulate Pweb itself in what many other kind of internet media would consider a triumph: http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a393/jotabe1789/pweb_banned.jpg Yeah, that's right... for a couple of weeks i had been unable to connect from work, but i thought it was part of the very bad ...

I win! Okay, new question, for the ladiiiiiies. This could really go in any number of threads, but whatever. Say you are tasked with designing the main characters for a mainstream video game, but with the goal for attracting as many females as possible. For example, a new Gears of War , or Uncharte...

Re: We don't need no Education (thread)

I think the biggest problem is not homework itself, but how homework is done. Very often it's too easy to do homework disengaged from what you say that day. If you do your homework in cruise control, it's really worthless. In my elementary education, most subjects were taught 3 times a week, so most...

Re: MLP: FiM General

I share the concern, but it doesn't come as much of a surprise... They have lampshaded something of this magnitude at the start of the season.

I'm betting on the possibility that it's a one-shot thing, or something linked to the use of the Element of Harmony.

Mmhmm! That is one thing that I particularly like about Macs. The way they deal with diacritics is far more concise and infinitely easier to remember than Windows.
Mac might deal better with diacritics, but they deal a lot worse with critics!

To what Mich said, i'd add that, if you are baptized "in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost", and if you read the catholic Creed ( here as Apostle's Creed ), understand it and agree with it, you can take the communion. Of course, the whole process of understanding the Cree...

Re: Yes, I know Google is my friend, but I'd rather ask you.

I was raised to believe the only way it was acceptable to accept communion was to have confessed sins to a priest (presumably at least once for every opportunity to have communion, so once a week attendance required one confessional). As that was what I was taught, I only had communion twice in my ...

Rephrasing does not change the underlying assumption you're making that gun-owners lack adequate training and judgment. And so, again, I ask for compelling evidence to support that assumption. You can't "solve" a problem if you haven't actually defined the problem. And you can't define re...
